Graduates of educational institutions in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam who are applying to universities for undergraduate degrees.

- The Olympiad will be held in person at the Russian Center of Science and Culture (RCSC).
- Registration for the Olympiad will be open from November 24, 2025, to December 10, 2025.
- Date: December 16, 2025.
- Duration of the Olympiad competition in the following subjects:
- Mathematics – 120 minutes;
- Computer Science – 120 minutes;
- Physics – 180 minutes.
- The list of winners is compiled based on the results ranked in descending order.
- There are five winners in each Olympiad subject. The Olympiad results are published on the websites of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC page and RCSC Telegram channel) and TPU (Olympiad website).
- Olympiad winners receive priority in the competitive selection process for study at Russian universities within the Russian Government quota.
